Fabrics Ocean Return Policy

Your Satisfaction with Fabrics Ocean Products is Our Priority

Below are the details of our return policies for cut fabric and stock items, which include accessories, crystals, dancewear, and stock couture. Please read carefully and follow the instructions. Cut Fabric Returns

We do not accept returns on cut fabric unless the item is defective or there was an error in processing your order. Please be aware that color variations may occur on computer screens due to differing screen settings. If you are uncertain about a color or color match, please request a sample before ordering by contacting our sales team at fabricsocean@baydagroup.com.

If a product is defective, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving it, according to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. We will review the returned product and notify you of your refund within 7 to 10 days of receipt. Defective products returned by you will receive a full refund, including delivery charges and return shipping costs. No consequential loss claims will be accepted, and we reserve the right to deny compensation for false claims.

Stock Products

Notify us and return the product within 14 days of receiving your order according to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. We aim to process refunds promptly, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service and sending us the confirmation of parcel shipping from the delivery company as refunds cannot be provided if the item does not reach our premises. Upon receipt, all items will be inspected, and only items in a saleable condition will be refunded. For standard returns, the product price will be refunded in full, excluding original delivery costs, and you will cover the return shipping.

For defective products, we will examine the returned product and typically notify you of your refund within 7 to 10 days of receipt. Full refunds, including delivery charges and return shipping costs, will be provided for defective products. No consequential loss claims will be accepted, and we reserve the right to deny compensation for false claims.

All returned items must be unused and unworn.

Packages returned from outside Ukraine must be clearly labeled as ‘Goods being returned to Ukraine.’ Any customs charges incurred by Fabrics Ocean due to improper labeling will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

Our order cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed. Once processing begins, especially in cases where the fabric has been cut for your order, cancellation is no longer possible. We strive to prepare and deliver your orders swiftly, and thus, processing may begin soon after an order is placed. Therefore, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us by any of our contact options promptly to avoid any inconvenience. Once the fabric has been cut, the item is considered custom-made, and cancellations are no longer accepted.
